Summary

Distribution Clerks work alongside distribution supervisors to assist drivers while ensuring the safety of our people, workplace and environment and meeting all company, legal and other requirements.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing routine clerical duties in accordance with standard administrative office procedures.
• Answer and direct telephone calls.
• Data entry.
• Filing and other administrative duties.
• Handle routine correspondence.
• Interface with internal customers.
• Handle Driver Check-in
• Coordination of inbound loads
• Perform inventory audits
• Performs other related duties as directed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some college preferred.
• SAP work experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer and database application skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Accurate data entry.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
